Check-in on March 21st, 2026, for 3 nights in the Penthouse room. Hoping for the best experience for our kids, shockingly there were mice inside the room. On the night of March 23rd, we found 1 mouse coming out from the fridge's back side, running through the kitchen. The next morning, while packing our luggage, we found a lot of mouse droppings on the floor. And shockingly, another mouse was found inside the room. The room was 471, 4th floor of the building, and it had mice. This was a disappointing experience for our children. As a family traveler, this was the most expensive room we ever booked, but giving us this bad experience is not worth the prices we paid.
