Excellent hotel with friendly welcome and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and reasonably spacious airy room. Well located in old part of the city with a short walk to the main sights and restaurants.

A lovely, well executed, homely hotel. A very comfortable and spacious room with some cool furniture and a big dressing area that made me wish I was staying longer! The bathroom was a good size with a big shower and a bath, the fittings are dated, but all function and everything was mostly spotless. Staff were efficient and friendly. I ate in the restaurant, the food was great, I had the fregola, and a glass of local wine. The service was welcoming and lovely. I would definately stay there again.

Hotel greatly located, not in great shape, and incovenient room with no lift for our baby and the stroller. Friendly staff, besides the restaurant.

Great place to stay in Orange

Very nice in the middle of town but quiet pedestrian area

Its in a pretty town with a big Roman amphitheater

The only thing Grand about this hotel is its superb location in the heart of the old part of Orange. The room was adequate but quite dingy, without much light. It’s an easy walk to the Roman Theatre and a longer walk to the Triumphal Arch. The continental breakfast definitely wasn’t worth €17

Great location close to restaurants and sites. Parking is a little problematic as not at the Hotel, but approx a 3 min drive down some very narrow streets. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location in historic Orange. Everything was walkable. Our parking was safe and convenient. L’Occitaine amenities. Comfortable bed Great stay. We will look for it in our return to France.

Loved Orange the hotel and staff were very good and helpful .

This is a very comfortable hotel but there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. We stayed in May and were too warm at night. And no black put curtains/blinds. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay. The location is great, the rooms are spacious. Nice modern shower.

The hotel was just ok. Although it was located in convenient location it had quite a few missteps. Access to the room required an elevator ride one floor and then an exit to the outside, through the pool area and up 2 flights of stairs. Very inconvenient and unexpected. Parking was available for a fee but the logistics for getting into the garage were unnecessarily complicated and stressful.

My wife and I enjoyed all aspects of our four night stay. The staff was very helpful, and the room and hotel excellent! A very nice, clean room with a balcony. Hopefully we will stay here again.
