The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was big and comfortable. At times there was a sewer smell but it wasn't extremely strong or constant. The breakfast buffet was good but get there early (before 9 am. If you get there at 9 am or later, everything is empty or only a few things left. When the çay runs out, no more is made. The hotel is located close to everything.

On arrival we were offered a standard room on second floor, although we had paid for a delux room. On querying this at reception (Night Shift) we were given a delux room on the seventh floor. Much better sitting area and the room was nice and hot (-17") outside. Bed okay but could do with extra pillows. Cleaning and service by floor maid excellent.

Poor service they don’t speak English or other languages …. And they falsely advertise stating that the hotel has parking wish is not true street parking yes . Fortunately was ok for my motorcycle.

Staff is very friendly and eager to assist. Some issues to communicate in english but they were solve. Room was beautiful with a breathtaking view to the Kars' Castle. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and sorted. Many options for dinning along the street and to purchase cheese which is their main product. People in the city are friendly and glad to assist foreigners. I parked in front of the hotel, and it turned out they charge for parking, but the hotel told us we could park there. The person in charge came when we were leaving and charge me correctly and I pay with card. Highly recommended for a nice Kars layover.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Kars Kale ist auch in der Nähe und man sieht es auch vom Hotel. Der Service ist super und sehr freundlich.

Tek cümle; mükemmel , sorunsuz ve çok rahat bir konaklamaydı.

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Odamız çok genişti. Kaleyi tam karşıdan gördüğü için özellikle geceleri çok hoş bir manzara sunuyordu. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Otelin etrafında pekçok güzel restoran, kafe ve peynirci vardı. Genel olarak oteli ve Kars seyahatini öneririm.

８月末の暑い時期だったため、カルスでは数少ない冷房のあるホテルということで予約したが、部屋に入るとエアコン自体がなく、フロントで確認するとその日はエアコン付きの部屋は満室とのこと。翌日には空くと言われ、一泊キャンセルしようとすると、四人泊まれるエアコン付きの部屋に変更してくれた。 冷房が欲しい期間は短いだろうし、夜には涼しくなるので、昼間いっぱい出かけている人なら大丈夫かもしれないが、全室エアコンありではないので、その点は要注意。 フロントのスタッフは皆さん親切で感じがよく、英語がうまく通じない時はすぐに翻訳アプリで対応してくれた。 フロント以外のスタッフはやや無愛想だが問題なし。 カルス城に近く、周辺に飲食店やミニスーパー多数で便利。 ドライヤーが壊れていたり、タオルに穴があいていたりしたが、大きな問題はなし。

Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde bulunuyor. Tüm personel inanılmaz yardımsever ve nazik. Odalar temiz ve bakımlıydı. Oda içindeki iklimlendirme de sorunsuzdu

Konumu cok iyi. Merkezi. Odalar temiz , buyuk, konforlu. guleryuzlu calisanlar. Kahvalti cesit cok kaliteli. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Simples aber angenehmes Zimmer. Zentral gelegen (alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kars sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Tolle Sicht aus dem Frühstückssalon im obersten Stock.
