Super friendly and helpful staff

Quick stop over on way back to Calais. Super friendly English host who was welcoming and accommodating. We had a triple room which was a little snug and had yet to receive the make-over the rooms on the ground floor had. No A/C so the fans were a welcome addition on what was a very warm night. Everything was clean and tidy though and the breakfast was a great start to another long day! Restuarant next door does a good range of meals (not just pizza), but does get very busy so reservations recommended.

Everything good,excellent restaurant nextdoor, 200 yards to the Loire river. Will go back.

We arrived late to a note from Anne & Frank on reception, with our key and room number and although our room was a little worn (mainly the bathroom), it was spotlessly clean and the beds, pillows and bed linen very good quality. Anne was lovely and greeted us at breakfast, which was plentiful and fresh. All in all a good experience, would definitely use again as a stopover 😊.

We were welcomed by a nice english lady who made the time to tell us about the area for a great walk to the river. Rooms were clean, but could do with a make over. Lovely stay, we would recomend this hotel

Quel bel accueil ! Chambre spacieuse, soignée, salle de bain impeccable . Insonorisation moyenne comme dans beaucoup d'hôtel, mais c'est rattrapé avec un petit dej digne d'un 4*.

Sympathische Unterkunft an stark befahrener Straße, Straßenlärm durch Lage an einer Kreuzung. Zimmer ok, Frühstück super, sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal.

Séjour tre agréable .seul bémol la literie.

Nous avons été très bien reçu, tant au moment de l'arrivée que le lendemain matin pour le déjeuner et la remise des clés. La chambre était très propre et confortable.

Hébergement type familial, accueil parfait, chambre propre, salle du petit déjeuner très bien aménagée. Nous avons entendu nos voisins de chambre arrivés tard dans la nuit mais nos hôtes n’y sont pour rien !
