The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is newly built, the room is a bit small but it has basic necessity. Just one thing, I reserved by app, it says check out 12:00 but when we check out at 11:30 they charged us another 1,000 yen. Apparently if you check out after 11 there's a penalty.

we were there for a night .. a very late check in, very easy one. we got additional amenities like face mask, salt for bath .. the room is spacious enough compare to other japanese hotel with complete amenities. with the price we paid very worth it. easy to locate, not so far from himeji station. definitely easy check out.
