Beautiful and very clean property

There were a few dead bugs here and there, but overall the house was clean and ready for our arrival. The bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very clean. The hosts were informative and easy to communicate with. The house was nice and spacious and perfectly located! We were right on the water with a mountain view and only a 15-20-minute walk from the main restaurants and shops in Svolvær. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever back in Svolvær, Norway!

Great location. The view is amazing. We had a huge deck with a dining table that was faving the water. Loved the rooms. Would definitely recommend.

No reception but online check in only. We were expecting more of a private ocean experience but found ourselves looking at other units from the living room instead of at the ocean. The ocean view was from the kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms but only a partial water view as the unit was at the end of a small inlet and looking at more buildings in front of the ocean. The most surprising part was not finding any shampoo or conditioner in the shower which made the clean up after climbing mountains a less than great experience.

No communication with owner. Totally unresponsive until arrival day. Recieved a text with code and a number to call or text if we needed anything and we never heard from the owner with several attempts to reach out.

Fantastisk beliggenhet

Underbart för en födelsedag med barn, morföräldrar, syskon etc. Stort och rymligt. Vacker utsikt och barnen älskade att det fanns jacuzzi. Väldigt rent och fräscht. Enkelt att gå in till byn (tid ca 10-15 minuter.

Local incrível, casa linda, grande, confortável, moderna, atendimento excelente.

Great place to stay! Would like to come back. The only thing we missed was that we could use some more kitchenware.

Had a wonderful experience staying at Rorbuene Svolvær Havn. Villa at beach side and surrounded by beautiful mountains was awesome. Villa was very clean and comfort for a family. Easy to reach supporting staff and support is great. Location is close to ferry point to travel from Svolvær to Skutvik(Car place in ferry is based on first come first serve. Reservation not available) We enjoyed our stay and love to visit again. Note : I travelled by car from skutvik to Merkenes to Lycksele(night stayover) to reach Stockholm. Diesel or petrol stations not available for 300kms on highways after crossing Norway border into Sweden border by car. Please make sure your diesel tank is full before crossing Norway borders into sweden.
