Cute little boutique hotel. Lovely room overlooking the street. There is a small area on the shared landing with a microwave, kettle, cups, plates, tea and coffee. Breakfast is served to your room in the morning. The man at reception was really helpful in recommending places to visit/eat and allowing us to store our baggage there the next day. Great place to stay!

The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast delivered to the room was a bonus. The room was sizable. My only downside is that we could hear people sneeze in the room beside us and people walking across the floor above.

The owner of the hotel was extremely nice and courteous. The room was quiet and clean! The location was also perfect! Every morning he brought us breakfast to our room and it was the best way to start the day! We looked forward to seeing him every morning and our breakfast. We can’t thank him enough for everything! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

An amazing stay. Excellent service. Super clean.

Property was in a really good area so is perfect for anyone keen to be right in the heart of Caen. Super close to the bars and restaurants and like a 10 minute walk from historical sites. Biggest concerns with the hotel were the cleanliness of rooms. Found a used empty water bottle underneath my bed - from a previous guest, dust along sides of the room and on radiator pipe. Also lack of service is noticeable. When you check in or out you have to use a telephone to contact someone then grab a key yourself. Tried ringing the phone a couple times when checking out but didn't get through then got shouted at through the webcam.....

My wife and I stayed one night at the hotel and found the staff friendly. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance from the train station, restaurants and attractions. The room was nice and quiet and the fan was provided kept the room cool as they don’t have A/C. My only complaint was that I didn’t find the mattress comfortable and extra pillows would have been nice.

This hotel is a great choice.

Hotel rooms were clean and nice. Staff was very helpful. Wi-Fi was very weak, unless we stood in the hallway. And there was no air conditioning, or elevators, Taking our luggage and bringing it down, they were very helpful. I got you an extra pillow.

Wonderful location in the heart of Caen

The hotel is overprice for what they offer. The room was extremely small and the bathroom was located facing the bed, very uncomfortable. The area of the city was noisy. They do not have air conditioning and the day was hot. We could not open the window due to the noise outside. We could not sleep. The other thing is that they do not have elevator and it was very hard to go up with the luggage
