Room was very clean, but the hotel needs a bit of TLC and refurbishment, the breakfast is ok, location good. The air Conditioning was not working and was told to open the windows.!! the air conditioning was engineer locked to 28* not ideal when the outside temp is 25* and the room temp is 32*

Staff was great and breakfast was excellent

Good hotel. Central and easily walkable to major landmarks. Breakfast brought to your room each morning at request. Only problem was the air conditioner. We could not control the room temperature and it was very cold.

Hotel in a good location close to the main attractions, the problem is that the area is very noisy. The rooms are big. The internet is very poor.

Arrived to a hot room late at night, found out that the AC is only on heating and no way to change it to cooling late in March! Room was big and decent, needs a bit of fixing, Table tops and toilet broken, floors peeling. Breakfast has to be ordered the night before, an option to eat at the small lobby or in room at time you specify the day before (they were always on time) but the room only has one chair for 2 people to eat. For the price the service is great for what you pay.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Sightseeing, shopping and dining variety all in walking distance.

Simple and central, I'd stay again at this clean and affordable property.

We got lucky with this one forourJun 2023 holiday... location was perfect to get around and see all the sites and for access to the food precinct. Staff were really nice. They had a coffee service in the lobby which was a great kick starter every morning. The daily room cleaning service was efficient and parking was right outside the hotel. Tourist advice was pretty good too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very unique and well located

This hotel is modern, spacious rooms, large bathroom, friendly staff. Loved this place as you walk outside and there are restaurants, shops etc. The hotel staff member showed us where to park our vehicle for a few days and showed us the way to return to the vehicle. We ordered coffee in the morning and it was delivered to our room without charge. I cannot say anything wrong with this hotel. Will return. Thank you.

The staff are exceptional..from the day we arrived to the day we left.. the cleaners would clean our rooms daily.. really did not want to leave.. thanking you so much for such a wonderful stay.. would highly recommend your accommodation.. and cant wait to stay again Thanking you so much Helen & John ( From Australia)

We stayed at a junior suite and it was super comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Even the sofa bed was great and comfortable for a good night's sleep! The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. There are no restaurant facilities onsite but there is a bakery across the road that opens early and with its central location there are great choices for food nearby. We only stayed for one night but will happily return for a longer stay! Thank you

Great location Needs more furniture as one chair in room for 3 people not very comfortable and needs more than just one hook for hanging towels Understand the minimalist approach but sacrificing comfort to achieve that doesn’t make sense

This hotel was good value for money, in one of the best areas if you intend to stay in the heart of town, a stone’s throw from the waterfront. Rooms’ decoration and furniture would claim to be contemporary minimalistic but are more on the bare/ikea standards as far as i am concerned. However, unlike in many boutique hotels of this kind the basics are good: very big room and bathroom, good shower, lots of windows and a balcony. Soundproof isolation could be improved. Service is rather formal and limited in scope. Total lack of breakfast and even coffee is an issue,
