am solo traveller and I needed an affordable room for one night. My requirements were simple, a clean room, a comfortable bed and a clean private bathroom. This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. A bonus was the breakfast. Absolutely great options and someone on hand to make you cappuccino’s, Expresso’s etc The location is outside of the main downtown area on a sea front. It’s quiet and peaceful. Check in was easy and wifi was good. The cab cost was €35 for one person from FCO. The walk to the train station is about 20 minutes. You need to take a local train then the metro if you want to reach the main tourist sites. From the time I left the hotel to the time I arrived at Romes Termini Station or the Colosseum was approximately one hour and 15 minutes with just the one train change. I highly recommend this hotel if you don’t mind the one hour commute. The staff were really nice and friendly. Everyone I encountered spoke English.

Beds are not comfortable, one pillow is very thick, another one is too thin. Very noisy area for a half of night. Missed breakfast - reception man did not tell us that it runs only one hour - 7:50 to 8:50.

Everything at the property is excellent. Unfortunately, it is situated too close to the stazione and has an abundance of people who are high or wanting money.

Speechless - worst hotel experience of my life The hotel itself was worn down and there were cockroaches (the breakfast also consisted of a packaged croissant served inside the room), but the thing that really pushes this experience from “not good, wouldn’t go back” to “terrible, I really, REALLY recommend NOT going” was the fact that after writing my review on google maps, I got attacked by the owner with some extremely racist, serious and ridiculous remarks - totally unexpected and unprofessional, a miserable interaction to represent a miserable hotel

Way overpriced bare bones seedy room in a seedy part of town. How they stay open at those prices is beyond me.

It's a small, but comfortable and clean hotel. The hotel is located in a narrow street near the train station, which gets noizy in the evenings, but quiets down at night when the little shops nearby close. The staff is friendly and speaks Italian and French.

-Italian Breakfast = room service = OK ! -During the night, an engin started frequently up, which was followed by a noise which seemed to be like "boiling" of 'bubbling" water. That noise lasted approx. 1/2 hour, until the said engin stopped its function. This proceeding was repeated during the whole night.

Dont ever check in this junk hotel, it a con, check in close at 5pm. It not as in the photo. I arrived at Genoa 10pm and went to the building as in the photo. Finally found the hotel at 11pm on a back street behind a sandwich shop, not easy to find. This mafia refused to honour my booking nor refund me. Daylight robbery. It not a safe place, many black hanging around

Besides charging me twice , pretending he did not understand . The free breakfast isn’t really breakfast , didn’t feel like a very safe area either . Wouldn’t personally recommend especially considering the cost .
