Noise from the room above mine at 2:30 am. Felt that it was a lot of money for the few amenities offered. No pool, etc. Breakfast was excellent.

Overall, great overnight stop as part of a longer trip. I was not happy that I was charged a "room upgrade cost of $10" although I specifically told the front desk upon checking that I did not want to upgrade. The shower head was not smooth, with about half of the water simply falling to the bath floor. The door lock would not engage, so had to put a chair against the inside door to secure the room at night.

It was actually a pretty good place but when we got there our room hadn't properly been reserved as the only two bed available was closed for maintenance. When they asked the maintenance staff if it was available for use they said yes. However the toilet was not flushing. Apart from that the staff was actually very nice and helpful and the hotel facilities was clean and good

We stayed at Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Bridgeport with our three kids, and it was the perfect stop for our family. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. They made sure our room worked well for a family with young kids. Our room was super clean, the beds were comfy, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The kids loved the breakfast—especially the waffles—and we appreciated having coffee and a variety of hot and cold options to start the day. The location was quiet and convenient, and we all got great sleep. We highly recommend this hotel for families. It’s clean, comfortable, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We had a clean, comfortable, and quiet room once we got past the rude gal at the front desk. Breakfast was your average selection of frozen omelets and biscuits with gravy but everything was cold.

Convenient location after driving from South Dakota, and visiting Scotts Bluff, etc. The hotel seemed older than 7 years - may need a little updating, but it was fine for the price. The town itself doesn’t have a lot to offer.

This place is a gem in the middle of a cute town and a great resting spot for a long trip!

This is such a nice and clean smaller hotel, the staff was very friendly, helpful and appreciative from the front desk to house keeping.

We travel extensively and this hotel is one of the cleanest, well maintained and staffed with the most courteous staff we have encountered.

Hotel is always in clean and in good condition. Rooms have comfortable beds, nice TVs, and good internet. Breakfast has a nice selection of good foods to start your day.

The property is nice, and I found the room to be quite comfortable and clean. However, one significant drawback for me was the landscape lighting. In the first-floor room I stayed in, even with the curtains drawn, the lighting directed at the building was so bright that it felt as if a lamp were left on. The staff was very accommodating and kindly moved me to a room on the second floor for the following night, which was much better, though the lighting still wasn’t entirely blocked. This isn’t an issue I typically encounter at other hotels. If you're sensitive to light while sleeping, you might want to consider bringing a sleep mask or something similar.

Great place to stay, we are doing a 3 week road trip and this was one of the best places that we stayed at, the breakfast was great and a special mentioned has to go to Fiona the new member of staff!!

Very comfortable and clean hotel!

For rural Nebraska this property is fantastic! It was clean and convenient. The late afternoon front desk staff (Sharon) could use training in customer service. She is not welcoming nor friendly. Everything seems to be a bother. The morning person (Denise) is the polar opposite. Very helpful, very friendly, very customer focused! Denise is the example of how front desk personnel provide excellent customer service. Hire more Denises and less Sharons.
