Harlington Manor is a truly beautiful building, steeped in history and full of character. The panelling and fireplaces are stunning, and the art and furniture throughout add to the sense of charm and elegance. It has a very warm, friendly atmosphere, and the grounds are absolutely wonderful—perfect for a relaxing stay. David, the owner and host, made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. He prepared a delicious breakfast and very kindly gave us a tour of the property, sharing its quirks and history with real knowledge and enthusiasm. We were all a little fuzzy from a family celebration the night before, but he entertained us brilliantly over breakfast and during the tour. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and everything about the stay felt thoughtful and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Harlington Manor as a place to stay—the Carpenter’s Arms next door is also a great pub and well worth a visit.

We had the most wonderful stay at Harlington Manor and cannot thank David enough for his incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel truly welcome and at home. Everything was so warm, peaceful, and thoughtfully done, but the highlight was definitely the breakfast — lovingly prepared straight from the heart, not like a commercial kitchen experience at all. It felt personal, comforting, and absolutely delicious. Thank you, David, for creating such a beautiful and genuine experience. A beautiful journey back in time, that reveals hidden gems around every corner. Surrounded by well kept, picturesque gardens. The King Charles room was opulent and furnished beautifully. The vispring mattress was extremely comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. En-suite bathroom had a huge bath tub. David’s warm hospitality is a huge part of the experience, and he clearly loves what he does. Breakfast was first class, homemade muesli and a full english. We will definitely stay again!

An amazing property offering a unique experience of staying in an historic Manor House in complete contrast to bland and uniform hotels. Very friendly and knowledgeable host looked after us well.
