The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Air conditioning and tv, and a well situated bathroom. The location was ideal, around the corner from a main road and metro station, with lots of shops and restaurants. Check in time was fairly early, and the check in and out process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Charming building in central and safe area. The bus from the airport has a stop at Cibeles Plaza which is a 10 minute walk away. The hostel is very clean & modern. The room is perfect for 1 person and still okay for 2 people. You just can't fit two people inside the bathroom at the same time. The staff here are excellent and went above & beyond for me. I couldn't appreciate them more as they assisted me when the airline returned my delayed luggage and for also letting me in the room earlier. I would definitely stay here again!

They didn't give me the room shown in the photo, which was larger and had two windows. They gave me a small room with very small beds. And the elevator was too small, so my suitcases could barely fit.

Very good location, within a block of Gran Via and close to 3 metro stations. The street where it is located is relatively quiet compared to others near it, where you find plenty of commerce and dining. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful
