Everything about the hotel was great, the location, the staff, and the hotel it self. 100% would stay again.

Some aspects of breakfast need improving, the presentation of hot food especially the eggs could be a lot better and the hard boiled eggs actually hot. Needs a kettle in the room rather than the silly coffee machine. Pods are not eco friendly. Bigger slipper for the room as no good for size 12 feet or bigger. Larger dressing gown options for the spa. Beds are a bit hard even with the mattress topper. Different pillow options as one pillow was not enough and two pillows to high. Softer bigger towels. Air conditioning difficult to operate with no instructions. Spa towels should be free for hotel staying guests. The Location was very good, near old town and transport links easy once you got use to it.

Great experience

The hotel is new and very nice. We had the cheapest room due to a short stay but it was very comfortable and spacious. We used the spa too and while crowded it was lovely. The lady at the bar made some excellent cocktails. The parking around the hotel is expensive and not always available. But cheaper than the hotel's carpark. The receptionists are not friendly and do not always act professional. And the hotel is awful in respinding. When we had an issue before our stay, we tried to contact them directly as well as via expedia agents to no avail. And absolutely no willingness to help.

THE HOTEL IS CONVENIENT ALL TOURIST PLACE ARE VREY CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE HOTEL. ALL THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND KIND,SERVING WITH A SMILE.

Great hotel, about a 5 min walk to the gate for the old town and right in the middle of Rotermann city, an area with shopping and great bars and restaurants. The Spa at the hotel is a welcome break after walking around the old town. Would recommend

Great hotel

WOW! Even better than we expected - primarily with the spa areas being totally included - for some reason I didn't pick up on the 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms being included. So fun! Room was nice and very comfortable and breakfast was good/pleasant. Hallways were kind of dim but otherwise no complaints! Would definitely stay again. Great location and value.
