The hotel is just OK. The rooms need some general TLC but are pretty good overall. The rooms come with a fridge, but the milk provided is UHT rubbish. The staff are generally great, but avoid the restaurant. The staff there still adhere to the caste system and will only serve you if you look like you come from a middle class Indian family. I avoided it and made an effort to tip everyone except for them. The food is much better in the town anyway!

The property is not as per the quality portrayed as 4* but I would rate it as 2 to 3*. The management staff are not very accommodating to any complaints. However there was one employee by the name of Jaimin who went out of his way to make sure all was sorted.
