Lovely room and great breakfast

Our fourth visit here and it always delivers a top notch experience.

Beautiful place to stay!

We were travelling from England via Vancouver. I would like to see a policy for early arrivals who have appointments near the hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived very early at 1.00pm, We were not offered a place to store our luggage or freshen up. We returned at 3.00pm and our room was still not available. Finally we were given another room where we could quickly freshen up before leaving for our 4.00pm. meeting. Many opportunities lost...having a drink in the bar or tea in the restaurant while waiting, a room to freshen up. We felt undervalued, left and returned later. This comes down to organisational culture and providing the best service possible for the travelling public.

Beautiful property. The staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was also excellent, delicious food every meal.

Really beautiful hotel. The weird thing is they don't have a pool or hot tub. Weird for a ski resort hotel.

I came here for a last minute weekend retreat in the mountains. The property is modern and has all the necessary amenities, even in the shoulder season. The onsite restaurant offers incredible dining. Service was great. I do wish this property had a pool or hot tub, and a more free parking options for guests. I also think a hiking/walking trail map for the area would be useful, along with activities in the area occurring during my stay (though I did not ask if this existed).

They had just been a giant windstorm in power and nonetheless the staff were doing everything humanly possible to make our stay comfortable and satisfied

Good location slope side. Nice room and restaurant . Spa was not in operation …… and no hot tubs - disappointing for a ski resort. And little to no parking -weak. Need to improve in those areas.

Friendly staff , clean rooms great value ski in/out property

Huge beautiful room, but comes at a price. Restaurant was decent, but your only choice. Saunas not working properly when we were there. If they aren’t preheated you’ll waste your whole 45 minute session waiting for it to heat up. Staff very friendly.
