I stayed at the Novotel São Paulo Berrini for a business trip last week and found it to be a very comfortable and well-run hotel for work travel. The room and lobby areas were consistently very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The reception staff was very approachable and friendly, and spoke very good English, which made check-in, questions, and general interactions easy and welcoming. I also used the laundry service during my stay and everything came back exactly as expected, no issues The attached restaurant was very convenient for my tight business schedule. Breakfast had all the staples you’d expect, and the omelette station was a highlight. The chef prepared excellent omelettes. Overall, this hotel is a great option for the business traveler - clean, dependable, and staffed by people who clearly take pride in the guest experience.

The location is excellent, the property and the room is well maintained and clean, and the room gets morning sunshine which is good. I would recommend staying here, except for one issue. That single issue is the operating noise of the air conditioner and the refrigerator. It is extremely loud, and the buzzing sound is abnormally intense. It was so loud that I had to wear noise‑canceling earphones before going to sleep, and even then, the continuous noise throughout the night caused me headaches. It’s truly disappointing because the hotel has no other problems.

I had an appointment at the US consulate together with my family and having stayed at Novotel before was the reason to choose this hotel. Great location and excellent staff. They took care when I called to include my kids in the reservation and were supportive during my stay.

Very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived at the hotel, they told me they had given my room away and moved me to a different hotel. There was no proper explanation and no real apology for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, they were charging me 1,900 reales for the night - despite not even holding my reservation. Charging that amount for a room they failed to provide is completely unacceptable. Poor organization, lack of accountability, and very unprofessional service. I would not recommend staying here

Everything was great, and the team was amazing. The only minor drawback was that the hotel does not have a steam iron; however, the team kindly ironed my shirt, which I truly appreciated.
