The apartment has potential based on the location and the guy that received us were very nice and helpful, but they need to do some investment in order to accommodate future guess. The conditions are extremely bad. We were there 3 nights and it was really depressing. It was like you were in an extremely cheap hotel on a third world country. We avoided been there at all time, just to sleep. Everything was in bad conditions. The TV was like 15 inch that did not work. The AC was not working initially. Also, there was not WiFi. The furniture do not make sense. The wall and floor was dirty and the AC was dripping water down the wall and there was a lot of humidity. The bed was really uncomfortable.

The neighbour was crazy. He shout at us 9:30 pm to stop talking. Me and friend were even not talk loud. I dont recomend to stay there. The walls are made of paper and you can listen this crazy person walking and screeming.

The host was excellent. We were invited to leave feedback and any suggestions. We left a number of suggestions. This place is well located. The facilities are reasonable. With some work this place could be absolutely outstanding. I hope that the suggestions left are implemented over time and hopefully if so will lead to great success for the owners. The place needs a bit of updating and maintenance. Great location not far from a market and several shops. The walk into town and the historical sights was manageable. The major issue we had with this property was the noisy neighbours, which of course the owners can do nothing about. The other thing about any property in Italy is the mosquito problem. It would be great if all properties either provided free of charge or offered to provide mosquito at cost. We were bitten loads of times. It is hard to open a door or a window and not be bitten by them. Wifi was slow. The shower was excellent as was the air conditioning. Reasonable place but could be an absolute stand out property if improvements made.

Sabíamos por los comentarios que tenía algunas falencias, pero esperábamos que por las sugerencias lo hubieran mejorado un poco... Y lo elegimos sobre la marcha, por una cuestión de costos, que encima salió caro por un gasto de limpieza adicional que cobraron en efectivo ahí. El hombre que nos recibió muy amable, nos.dejo planos e info turística. Andaba bien internet y el aire (para calefacción). Pero el lugar no presentaba mantenimiento alguno, de hecho la primer noche se nos inundó alrededor de la bacha de la.cocina, por problemas con el.grifo y el desagüe. La tabla del baño se salía. La vendida "cama matrimonial" eran dos camas individuales unidas, y con colchones desastrosos... Se notaba que hacía rato estaba cerrado, ya que si bien estaba limpio había cómo olor a humedad y algunos utensilios de cocina con polvo. Lo deprimente del lugar es tal como se describe en el resto de los comentarios previos, todo agarrado medio con alambres... La verdad es un lugar que debiera ser sacado de esta página porque de todo nuestro mes de vacaciones nunca vimos algo así y de alguna manera nos opaco la estadía en Florencia.

Às 14h o apartamento ainda estava sem limpeza, sem internet wifi, pediram para limpar ate as 17h, pusemos alimentos na geladeira e quando voltamos, os mesmos não estavam lá, a geladeira estava vazia. Muito desagradavel
