I asked to be reimbursed for this reservation. The host was EXTREMELY rude to me and my colleague on arrival, and we found that there was no wifi available. As this was a business trip, we immediately cancelled the booking but I have still not received a refund. This is unacceptable.

Hey didn't tell us that it was on the fourth floor no elevator ...wifi didnt work good

Lägenheten låg två trappor upp, extremt trånga och branta. Två sovrum av vilka vi använde ett. Det finns spis, tvätt- och diskmaskin. Sängarna bekväma. Separat AC på golvet som förde rejält med oväsen.
