Because we had a US phone number we couldn’t relieve the sms message on how to get in. Your company really needs to send out the codes via email as well for the travelers who don’t get the sms messages. Fortunately, as we were trying to figure out how to contact someone the manager was leaving and helped us get our code. This man was wonderful, very friendly and a real life saver!

Essentially stole my money. They said they would text a check-in code. They never did. I emailed the hotel directly a week in advance of my stay to ask for further details and to confirm that they had my correct contact info. No response. Expedia proved unhelpful in trying to get my money back. Disappointing, and costly, experience to say the least.

Grei frokost. Ingenting å utsette på personalet. Litt tungvint å komme inn. Fin plassering.

Kom dit vid 21 och lämnade vid 05 så jag har inte mycket att tillägga. Träffade ingen personal och lämnade innan frukosten.
