Basic facilities adequate for the price point. Location not great for lone female travellers at night.

Central location, clean, modest rooms. Despite paying extra for a window room, the windows dont open and the room became boiling, had to have air con on all night which was noisy. Our room was acriss the hall from the door leading to the elevatir and we were woken constantly through the nught with people coming in and out, the door slamming and the light from thr hallway we had to block from the bottom of our room door. 1 soft pillow, unsuuportive and uncomfortable. Terrible nights sleep overall. It has all the basics and a fair price but no shelves, units, cupboards, only 2 fixed hangers. No sockets anywhere near mirror.

It's a well located budget hotel in Leeds City Centre. Clean, comfortable and practical for a short stay. A little stingy on giving extra pillows but otherwise it was completely fine.

really well situated, set in the centre of Leeds, loads of shops and cafe's nearby. Hotel is easy to find, parking is not included but plenty nearby. My issue is with the pillow, it is about 2 cm deep, you might as well not have one and the bathroom door, why is it glass, I love my OH but I really don't need to hear him on the loo. would a solid door really have been that much bother. finally, you get sent a list of "extras", a hairdryer is only available from reception, (free) there is a list of chargeable items, including tea and coffee again only available from reception

Great location right in the City Center. I only stayed one night as a solo traveller. Check in person and check out person were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small but fine for me. Everything was compact but functional. If you are claustrophobic then you might want check with them about their room sizes. I would definitely stay here again.

Front door to the hotel was broken anybody could just walk in, only had 3 channels working on the TV as the signal kept going, no phone signal in the room, bed was like sleeping on a rock, lads running up and down the corridor at all hours in the night, it was not a pleasant experience.

Awful sized room could barely walk around. The front door of the hotel was completely broken an felt unsafe the entire night had to manually open it even though it was a automatic door you had to slide it across which made it very unsafe as most doors in the hotel to go upstairs to rooms were not locked by keycard.

The heating wasn’t working and the mattress was really uncomfortable, really struggled to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend.

Room was small, almost spotless, but no table, no chair, no window, no teapot with tea, coffee... Too poor for 3 star hotel. But location is very good, friendly staff, not too bad for short stay....
