We had issues with the water broken pipes was fix the same day but we weren’t notified about it and water is warm lukewarm no hot water

Clean rooms, pool area can be more organized in terms of provision of towels and timely checks

It's stated that breakfast is included. Not true. A $15 voucher for breakfast is included. Breakfast with the voucer still cost over $30.

It was a perfect stay for the price on Juno weekend 2026!

I stay here frequently for work. I ended up with an update for $20 a night with a kitchen and living area which was lovely. Room very clean. New shower faucet was really confusing to use and you couldn’t actually see on there where the hot and cold was. Also no vanity kits. Was desperate for a shower cap and nail file. Check in was good. Friendly front desk. He asked for my Credit card. I said do you need my ID? He said oh yes thanks for reminding me. The next day my key wouldn’t work and he re set it without asking for my ID. I said don’t you want to see my ID?? This is the reason for my 4 star rating. I really like it here but does that mean anyone could randomly get a card re programmed? Something small but safety as a woman alone is priority.

Booked this hotel from rading previous reviews as Ive never heard of this hotel chain. Check in was a little slow as they had only 1 person doing checkins while a manager was walking around and 6 people waiting to check in. Besides that the stay was amazing. Very clean, up to date room. Front desk staff very welcoming anytime you went in and out of the hotel as well as staff when you met them in the hallways. Loved having Walmart and other restaurants in the area. Super safe area to be in Will def stay here again when I'm Canada

Our children had a reaction to the pool: their skins were red and irritated (all 3 kids). So we called them the day that we checked out to explain our concerns about their pool. The manager called and apologized for this incident. They just switched to a bromine system for water filtration and not chlorine so our kids may have reacted to that. We have been to many pools and this had not happened before. Overall the facilities were great and the check in was fast and professional and kind staff.

Great stay ! A tiny issue with the shower temperature but nothing major. Would stay again.

All of the staff at this location were wonderful! Ethan checked us in and was so sweet to upgrade our room for us to a suite - my daughter loved it! The bed was super comfortable. We ate at Moxies and the food was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again when in town!

Quick stay, but really great. Property was clean, room was quiet, beds were comfy!

Breakfast should be included. Amenities (shampoo, conditioner and soap are too low grade) safe to stay. Staff was the bomb dot com.

Hi there! Few things for improvement: - Our hallway smelled like Cannabis the entire weekend (3rd floor) - There was a sticky substance on the Sofa. Felt like juice or pop or something. The Couch could use a good steam - The shower was broken and did not make Hot Water

Beds were extremely uncomfortable (king size and and pull out Pool small but fine for kids to jump in Feel it’s gotten well used and needs a good deep cleaning - our bathroom had hair on the counter and garbage under table
