We booked this hotel based on the photos & reviews & were not disappointed. So much so we stayed an extra 2 nights! We booked the honeymoon suite. On the day of arrival we had contact from the owners to check our arrival time. Dean was there to meet us & offered to take our bags. The customer service from him & Jayne is top notch. Beautiful clean hotel, lovely touches such as the shower mini essentials. The Cornish tea bags & coffee sachets. Jayne even asked if we needed any other types of hot drinks sachets for the room. The biscuits were lovely after a busy day sat looking out at the ocean & Towan beach from our lovely room with a cuppa. Nothing was too much & their local food recommendations were so good. We highly recommend a visit to Toast just a short walk from the hotel if you like Tapas. Fab food & service. Thank you both so much for making our stay so special.

The minute I walked into the hotel/guesthouse I was amazed When i walked into my room I was amazed when i met Jayne and her husband I was amazed That was my best experience ever I will definitely be back and take my girlfriend with me as this place is stunning Decoration is beautiful Room clean, I had a feeling that everything was brand new I would give them 5 stars 🌟 It’s top accommodation in Newquay I have been well looked after Thank you so so much I did not want to leave

Brilliant location, next to beaches (via some steps), really helpful hosts who make you feel at home, had a lovely room with amazing views and close to all the amenities. Would definitely recommend for a hassle free relaxing stay!

This accommodation is lovely, the bed was comfy, Jayne was really friendly and welcoming! The location is lovely, right above the beach, we loved it here and would 100% come back when visiting Newquay again!

The loveliest stay in a beautiful location. We stayed for 3 nights at Jayne and Deans b&b and didn’t want to leave. Every aspect of our stay was 5* from communication, cleanliness, friendliness to a beautifully decorated room and amazing breakfast. Location and view was also perfect. Jayne and Dean are the best hosts you could ever have! They are beyond helpful and just make everything about your stay seamless. The breakfast is amazing!! Plan on having their wonderful breakfast and skipping lunch lol I normally don’t eat breakfast but their fruit bowl is exceptional and my husband loved their full English. Would go back in a heartbeat!!

We’ve just checked out from Lazy Waves and wanted to share our lovely experience. We spent a wonderful weekend here. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect- right across from the famous Towan Beach with the iconic house on the island. The owners themselves run the place, which makes a real difference - you can feel the care and warmth in everything. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the homemade breakfast was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely come back again🤗 With gratitude, Maryna

We loved our stay here. Would recommend a sea view room as the views were beautiful. Location was ideal not far from the centre but the B&B was in a nice quiet spot. The hosts Jayne and Dean were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were perfect with lots of choice and lovely fresh food. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed a week and from the day we arrived to the day we left Jane, Dean and family looked after us really well. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to go to the beach, shops and dining out. Also, the bus and railway stations are within easy walking distance. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lazy Waves to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay.

This is a wonderful B and B. There are very attentive and pleasant Owners and staff. The facility, including bedrooms, is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast is superb; especially the fruit salad.

The location, views and accommodation is stunning and if you are thinking of staying in Newquay you will not find better.
