Excellent Customer Service! I had a great time staying in the suites and the great part is that they got excellent customer service. All our needs are being prepared or served on a timely manner. Will definitely recommend to my friends, family & colleague.

Spacious and luminous accommodation. Very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Customer service prompt and efficient. Close to Canons park underground station, shops all within walking distance.

I don’t understand how or why they don’t take calls. Horrible is the best word to describe them. They keep their guests stranded without any explanation. Wrong choice, worst mistake. Kindly attend to your stranded guests at the front desk, they have been there since 3pm.

This was a wonderful experience! The team was professional, kind and incredibly helpful. And, the location is spectacular! Thanks for adding to our memories of a fabulous trip in Greater London.
