We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature.

Very nice hotel. Made of wood, smells of wood. Good staff too (except one slightly grump middle aged guy at reception). The 2 younger ladies at reception were fantastic. Food good, very clean, organised.

Very nice place and cannot be better located for someone who wants to do ski and rent them. The place look brand new ! Restaurant are superb and food is good too. The room is nice too but we think it should be better sound proof! Heard people banging doors and talking in the hallway.. other than that we would be going to the same place

Very small room, little cupboard to store all your skiclothes, auto light switch on also at night when going to toilet, great shower, cheap wall boards, next to Skilift but outside of village, free parking.

Was in town for a wedding and it was a great place to stay.

Amazing hotel. So fantastic after a day on the slopes to relax in the pool and sauna. Ideal location for access to slopes. True ski in/out. Very comfortable and cosy.

This is a new hotel conveniently located at the foot of the ski area. A bit funny about where things are located but it works as you learn the layout.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Bergbahn. Für Wanderer und Skifahrer perfekt. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Der Sauna und Schwimmbad Bereich ebenso toll. Zum Frühstücken kann man in das Restaurant gehen. Es fehlte uns Nichts.

The hotell was very nice with good service. The room was clean and cozy. We were only there for one night but we would still recommend. We ate the cheaper breakfast but it was still delicious.

Vom Hotel kann man gemütlich in den Ort Ellmau gehen, wo es schöne Gasthäuser für ein leckeres Abendessen gibt.

Wir sind als Familie gewesen und sehr zufrieden, sehr sehr sauber, Das Zimmer jeden Tag aufgeräumt mit neue Handtücher. Skilifte vor Ort. Das Personal sehr nett. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen

Supert opphold! Eneste lille å utsette på var at hodeputen var for stor og veldig varmt inne alle steder.

Ein tolles, modernes, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.

Sehr schönes Hotel in Ellmau, neu und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent.

De lodges, de wellness, het restaurant en de locatie is super! Naast de gondel met restaurants tegen over, het dorp van Ellmau ligt op 10minuten wandelen. Alles is nieuw, luxe en erg gezellig. Gratis parkeren voor het hotel of onder het hotel.
