The cabin had a bad smell when we arrived. I felt like it had been flooded there and it was a sour wood smell. Luckily I took some deodorizer which helped a bit.
My cabin was very old.
I saw other cabins in other areas that were better and not very old.
Trying to contact the staff there was really frustrating. You wait on the phone in the line till it’s your turn then it’s an answering machine so you can’t speak to anyone.
I emailed twice after leaving 4 voice messages and finally got a short reply.
