Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever booked on this app. There was no parking even though the listing said as much. The hotel had NO AC the entire time I was there which made our room 90 degrees. The staff was rude and when we asked for some sort of compensation, the manager said he’d comp a night and then LEFT. didn’t even ask for our names or room numbers. Do not waste your time.

The air conditioning was broken. Someone was supposed to come by and reset the thermostat in the room, but apparently they did not. The staff politely moved me to another room later in the day. However, it would’ve been nice if somebody would have simply stopped by to reset the unit as they said they would. A weird smell permeated the floor I was on. The entire place is very basic. Rooms have odd ‘wood’ linoleum flooring and concrete walls. The bed was comfortable and served the purpose for one night.

This may have been a wonderful place to stay however due to an unforseen issue in the city there was no AC at this location upon arrival. The front desk staff was pleasant and very accomidating but stated that the hotel had known of this issue all day with no forseeable day for the fix. Yet knowing this information they did not call people to advise them of the issue resulting in several ANGRY people who couldn't get other accomindations. In my experience it's better to let your clients know the issues right off the bat so they can make other plans prior to all the other hotels being booked up or costing hundreds more than they planned or have.

The parking needs to be closer. I had my 1yr old granddaughter. I saw later that there was valet but I did not see that sooner. The walk from the garage in high humidity kept me in the room the rest of the night. No streaming for TV. SUCKED , no pool. But did enjoy the stay. Room had a lot of extras.

Easy check in, very kind staff. Room was clean and stocked with towels and a hairdryer. Glassware was all clean and the dishwasher was preloaded with a detergent pod. Fridge and freezer were cold and the TV was easy to operate. My only qualms were that the dishwasher did beep about every 90 seconds and it took quite an amount of time to figure out how to make it stop, and the ice maker in the freezer wasn’t able to be turned on.
