Room was clean and nice. The underground parking was amazing.

Nice hotel. Downtown is a bit sketchy, but they're secure underground parking so that was good. Not great, but that was. Comfortable. Good stay stay.

The showers takes an awful long time to heat up. Took over 5 mins to get hot water. Hotel is right by a homeless shelter, not the safest area.

Super clean room and comfortable beds. Nice and quiet, good location as it was close to many stores and restaurants

The room was really clean and the staff was very friendly. I loved the A/C, it made sure I slept great all night. The dinner was so good and cheap and I really appreciated the peace of mind that the underground parking garage offered. Thanks for a great experience

This hotel is a walkable distance to restaurants which we appreciate..

When we stayed here there must’ve been some sort of event for children… There were kids running up and down the hall constantly and yelling up and down to each other… And we weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub because there were so many kids in there and there is no adult only time. It would have been nice to enjoy the facilities in quiet for just a little bit before bed

We were busy and had a late night with a concert but enjoyed the comfort of our room - great bed and room to sit with some guests! The breakfast and lattes the following morning were delicious.

Swimming pool area needs some maintenance.

Staff was polite and helpful and property was well maintained and clean.

Clean and easily walkable to everything. In the downtown area so the underground parking was a nice touch. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Will stay here again

The hot water is shower was lukewarm warm at best.. but overall great!

Clean comfortable good price

Friendly staff, nice clean pool. Air conditioning in the room was perfect after going for a swim. Bathroom and shower was clean and the shower head was super nice. There was nice complimentary toiletries as well! Bistro had lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Love the underground parking for peace of mind. Overall, great stay and would/will be staying here again.

I did not like that they now charge to park your car in the covered parking.
