Check out receptionist wasn't professional, she kept me waiting for nothing.

The hotel overall is good however check in is very slow and it has to be drastically improved

Bad service stuff, very rude receptionist, no water or coffee machine at the room, when I asked for room service it takes more than an hour. even at the checkout, was very bad and I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I tried to contact the management to complain but no help. I stayed for three nights but it was nightmer

A very nice hotel, beyond my expectation. Evrywhere, the smell looks nice and rosy. Very spacious room.

everything is good, except the bed, it's not comfortable as it should be and it needs to be changed. the bed is down from the middle.

My hotel stay was excellent all around. It was my first time at this hotel and iam very satisfied with hotel condition, room cleanliness and comfort, as well as room and hotel service. This hotel deserves 5 ratings. I hope they keep it up.
