Very nice, clean and friendly. I was in the first room and it is really noisy. Bed should be changed.

Great location and in walking distance to everything. Very central. One way you go to the markets and main streets for shopping, another way you go to the parliament and city hall buildings. The hotel is clean and in an area full of cafes, tapas, desserts; so much to choose from. The hotel itself is clean. I stayed with my family, husband and two kids. We had the room with a king size bed and a bunk bed. It was perfect for us for the two nights. We left Madrid later than our checkout and could safely leave our luggage until we were ready to leave the city. I would recommend this hotel to singles, couples and families.

iT WAS PERFECT FOR MY STAY

We had a fantastic stay at Woohoo Rooms! The neighborhood is perfect for walking around, hopping on public transport, shopping, and restaurant hopping. It's also a super LGBTQ friendly area, which is important to me. We loved our private balcony which had shutters that we could control with the flip of a switch. The AC and a TV also went a long way and made us feel cozy. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. So convenient and easy and beautiful. Thank you, Woohoo!!!

A little difficult to find. Receptionist at desk was rude. Room was small but clean. I would not stay there again.

The hotel,has a great location but the setup can get tiresome. One key only so travelling with others means coordinating times to meet and leave. Signing placed in the ‘hotel” is minimum and confusing. The accommodation is adequate in terms of room amenities but coffee is not free and toilet paper was not stocked up. The location is what helped compensate for a very mediocre room.

Great location and friendly staff. Excellent value. Think upscale hostel, not hotel. Very comfy bed and nice clean private bathroom in the room. Checking in online made things very easy. Very secure too. Your room card unlocks 3 doors from ground up. Highly recommended for a couple spending most of the time in the city, but want a clean comfortable place to sleep
