There were no instructions for the tv or heating which would have been good. Food. Great but toaster needs adjusting as toast was black one side and not toasted other side.

Good place for stay if traveling far and just need spend somewhere night

2nd time to stay here, you really cannot go wrong for the price, just as good as more expensive hotels. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are all friendly and efficient, a credit to the company. The hotel was nice and clean, would definitely recommend especially if you are travelling with children as the noise levels on both occasions were very low despite there being lots of guests

Very nice, clean room and bathroom. Asked for an upstairs room but was put downstairs so couldn't connect on my own data on the phone. Wifi in the hotel was fine however. No other issues.

Stephanie was amazing and allowed me to check in early.

Bar service was very slow

Our stay was only for one night but was very good staff friendly and helpful room neat and tidy thank you we will be back

We have stayed several times & everything has always been excellent. The rooms are spotless & the deco clean & fresh. The bed is very comfortable & large. It was lovely & quiet . First class accommodation & staff

Had to find someone to check in when got to room toilet was dirty towels left on the floor window lock broken so couldn’t shut the window

Liked most things, clean, quiet and comfortable. Only minor gripe is walking in the rain to get breakfast. The breakfast was good though

Broken, draughty window.

Awful check in it seems to be a problem here as its happened before. Sent to the pub on site to check in, it was raining which didn't help. No one was around to do it. Someone eventually appeared after about 10 minutes, other people were waiting too so took ages. The room was downstairs in the farmhouse which had a bad creaky ceiling when people upstairs walked around. Bed was fine, bathroom was clean but very cold. Not my best experience there.
