Hotel was very nice, rooms were super nice. Bed was a little stiff, but overall would recommend, it is far from everything so if yoy dont have a car then plan to get a bunch of users to do anything. But nice hotel overall. One thing is, I wouldnt call it a resort, nice hotel but not resort.

This property is beautiful, well maintained, staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities and even a Nespresso. Location is about 15 to 20min by car to get to the pier on the Chateau Frontenac and Uber comes to pick you up in front of the hotel very quickly. Hotel has parking as well. Great breakfast and welcoming cookie is delightful! I certainly would stay there again ❤️

Great place to stay. Close to Valcartier and downtown. We stay here every year with kids and friends.

Clean room

Good restaurant for the breakfast Clean and good side bedroom. All the amenities are there and good service by the staff. Very good quality/price.

Nice room and very clean

The desk clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful. When we indicated we did not speak French, he very easily spoke to us in English. The hotel was very clean. The room was very nice and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant which we found to be very good and the wait staff was excellent. It was a bit of a drive from Highway 20.

Love the Double Tree by Hilton and I am happy they still give a warm cookie at arrival. So delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed my breakfast and found the prices very reasonable. The only complaint I have is the phone that was not working and one of the light was not lighting. When I called the front desk they were not very helpful and they didn’t send anyone to check. Overall good place and I would recommend it

Missing microwave in room. A little turned off by early check in fee for hockey team. Free EV charging good perk.
