Insisted I reserved 2 rooms, both paid through Expedia. Refused to issue key to the second room so I could confirm such a room existed.

Parking is a bit hard as seems to be the case all over town. The location and facilities were great!

Excellent location just 12 minutes walking distance to San Gimignano center. Breakfast was very good.

Lovely place with wonderful staff. I use a cane and was a bit worried about the walk into the centre but it was a nice experience and good to have a five minute walk after dinner. I paid for a little extra for a deluxe room with balcony in the main building and the view was great.

This is not a hotel, more like private hostel, so to me not worth paying 100€ . Reception service was not good but breakfast they prepared latte di avena(oat milk) for me only for cappuccino, not with cereals. view and locations were wonderful, but we lived in Toscana( Firenze Nord ) about 1 year and we know servizi toscani are much better than them. Would not recommend for prices.

The staff was great, restaurant was great, location was great, views were great. Easy walk to San Gimignano. Parking was a challenge, but worked.

We only stayed 1 night in San Gimignano, next time will stay longer. We had a rental car and the friendly property owners made sure we had a parking spot right by the entrance. Thank you. Lovely stay; nice dinner in the lovely courtyard. Easy walk into town. At night you can see San Gimignano's lights/skylight while listening to the birds sing. Our room was basic and it had everything we needed. We departed very early the next morning so we just grabbed pastries and coffee on the run, but the breakfast looked yummy. Felt very safe walking to and from San Gimignano. Highly recommended.

The hotel offered a great location for walkability to the walled city (about 15 minutes). The staff at the hotel was professional, extremely kind and caring. The breakfast was fine, but nothing over the top. I'd highly recommend Hotel Graziano to those vacationing in San Gimignano.

Simple room whose only window open out into a glorious view of the Tuscan countryside. We could have spent our whole time just looking out the window. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location. Not enough goood things to say.

Hotel Da Graziano is a short walk from the historical centre of San Gimignano, very convenient and nice area. Staff was really friendly as well. The room was comfortable, only the ac didn’t keep temperature as low as showing on the unit. We traveled in September so the weather wasn’t as hot but it still didn’t feel as fresh.

The check in was just a key given to us. After being in so many nice places, it made a difference. But the place is nice and location is very good. Just outside San giminiagno, 5 min walk from it.

Very nice place in a great location but on off season. Shower could be improved. Free parking and very nice owners. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others

Fair hotel but a rather basic. Beds not very comfortable. Friendly staff and good location.

This is a nice hotel a little bit outside the main town. The hotel is a little bit dated and our room could do with a bit of a freshening up but it’s very good value and the staff there were good.
