There was more to it than you first see….Doug the owner was pleasant guy explained everything to me carried my case up to my room. Great freshly cooked breakfast you didn’t leave hungry in a morning! Nice big lounge comfortable and in here as well as the TV was a kettle microwave cutlery condiments glasses fridge for customers use! Also another glass fronted fridge with assorted chilled drinks and an honesty box, so if you wanted you could buy a take away and warm it up and take to your room whatever! Another offer was of all shower gels toothpastes etc with an honesty box things you sometimes forget to bring with you!! Excellent price too many thanks 😁

Perfect full English, Room was very clean, close to Beach and close to main bus route into Blackpool. Would highly recommend this wee guest house and WILL definitely be back

Great B&B in excellent location for beach.We had room 4 which was a good size with a sea view nice comfortable bed ,en suite with shower and large smart TV. Breakfast for £5 was a steal full English

This is a very good Guest House/Hotel. Bedroom was very clean and had a fridge and a microwave. Bed very comfortable (Memory foam). My wife had the included continental breakfast and I had the full English on both days, available for only £5 extra, it was the best breakfast I have had in quite a few years. The host could not be more helpful and friendly. We will return again, when we stay in Lytham St Anne's.

Property Was very dated, and breakfast times were very poor 8-45 to 9-30, I think it was, meaning we had to leave each morning before breakfast was available meaning me and my son who was in a football tournament couldn't have food to start the day, so paid to much for our stay in my opinion

This is a very good bed and breakfast. Bedroom very clean and had fridge and microwave. Bed very comfortable. Only had continental breakfast but there was plenty. Full english available for £5, looked lovely. Will use again

It was a bonus when we arrived to find that out room also contained a microwave and a fridge.
