All excellent except could not access your TV

Clean hotel but very basic. Room was comfortable but lacked of basic amenities such as a safe, body moisturiser, hair conditioner, extra towels, bathroom rug... I had a double bed but only 1 pillow, had to ask for extra pillow.

Hotel was very easily located, the check in process was very easy, staff polite and nice. The room had everything needed. Breakfast was limited, but very nice. Overall would stay again if I had to be back in Aalborg.

It's within walking distance to a lot of things. The staff is friendly. The room was small but clean.

Great value for money exellent location superb staff .

When we first arrived the receptionist was kind and gladly helpful to us regarding direction to the P-house. We checked in and as we entered our room (515) there were hair stains on both beds, and even on the bathroom sink. There were also some yellow coloured fluied on the toilet seat, and under it. Those yellow coloured fluids were also on the floor, there were also hair in the bathroom, and even a lonely bug in the shower area.

First time to Denmark. Wonderful hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Extremely convenient to shops, restaurants, train station. Even a mall across the street. Will definitely stay there again!

This is my second stay at this property . The hotel is clean and nice . The location is ideal close to all restaurants and shops.
