Great location, and lovely little hotel. Staff were very helpful, and breakfast was good. Not fancy, but would definitely recommend.

For a family of 5 this was a reasonably priced hotel for Reykjavik. The room was small but everyone had their own bed and it was fine for a one night stay. The breakfast was included and was great, lots of choice. The parking was onsite, free and easy. The town was in walking distance, took about 15 - 20 minutes to reach.

Property was beautifully renovated, room was large with all amenities needed. Staff was very friendly

This Hotel was sufficient.. needs some renovations..rooms were a good size and clean .. pillows are horrible …breakfast was quite good and included …but the water smells .. and that was an issue for us.

The bathroom was a little small

This hotel is good if you need a quick cheap stay but the rooms were small, hair all over the bed and the bathroom floor was dirty, not sure if cleaned. There are better hotels for a good price! But this hotel did its job with my 4 days here, would not come back tho.

Wonderful

Very well located. Excellent service and we appreciated being able to get a cuppa late into the evening. Excellent buffet breakfast.

We stayed at the apartment within Hotel Orkin..it was an absolutely lovely stay! The staff were beyond helpful, kind, and welcoming. Location was great - easily walkable and within close proximity of main attractions. The apartment was a lovely, comfortable space - we hope to visit again in the spring/summer amd will definitely look to stay again at Hotel Orkin.

This Hotel is a proper hotel, very close to the city. The staff is extremely nice, and patient. I enjoyed the grounds, and comfort of the room.

The hotel is nice but the staff is better. I felt always welcomed, any inquiry was answered in the best way possible. Very good and hearty breakfast, I highly recommend this hotel. It is only a 10 minute walk to the downtown area.

Good rooms for family of 5. 2 beds on one floor, then mezzanine with another 3 beds

There were so many problems I don't even want to take the time to go through them all. Find a location slightly closer to the center. The only positive was free cake and unlimited coffee and tea and cappuccinos from the machine until midnight.

Hotel is in decent condition. Bathroom is a bit old, but clean. Staff are great. Breakfast are ok. With cake and coffee serving at 5pm is kind of nice. Location is convenience. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was too small and the water had a stink

The staff was very helpful for us to book shuttle bus tickets. Breakfast is ok for travelers. Location is acceptable, 15-25 min to reach our interested places.

I liked how personable the staff was. They even made cakes and desserts for us! Rooms were clean, but i did find a pill on the floor, and not enough hand towels. Shower in my room was pretty small, but sufficient. I would stay there again

Hotel Orkin is within walking of downtown and a nice hotel for the cost. Staff were very friendly, rooms clean, and breakfast good. Coffee and cake in late afternoon was a nice treat!
