Room was very spacious and clean. Shower is very spacious too. Kitchen is very neat too although I do not use it. The only thing to note is there is no elevator, so if you are carrying big luggage it may be tough. Big table that is certainly enough if you want to cook and dine in the room. The heater is the main bathroom is not fully functional so it is slightly too cold. Luckily there was extra blanket. The smaller room and the shower is fine. Consider there is no reception, the check-in is smooth, although the staff replying to the email/messages is slightly rude.

Great place for short and long term stay. 30 min drive to Dusseldorf. Many supermarkets around. Room is clean and spacious too. There are fridge, smart tv, kitchenette with stove and microwave too. Communication with customer service was great and easy too.

Considering that this hotel does not have reception, I was concerned about it, but I have to say that the coordination, system and instructions was fantastic. On top the room had everything you need and super clean and safe, I fully recommend it.

Room and location ok. But to massively increase the price per night because of a trade show in Dusseldorf is wrong.

Absolutely excellent! Beds were extremely comfortable and even the baby's cot had a lovely mattress and duvet set. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast very good. There is nothing at all that could be improved on! Will definitely stay here every time I visit Monchengladbach. Thank you!

I stayed this hotel for car journey with my 2 year old baby. I needed place for free parking and room with cookware and this hotel was perfect one for those requirements. Checking in by Ring-a-bell was easy and the instruction was so kind. It seems the building was renovated recently so the room is really clean and nice. (I loved the towel especially)

Sehr saubere, schöne Unterkunft. Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-Out.

2 tolle Nächte verbracht, prinzipiell war die Wohnung/ Apartment super eingerichtet. Lediglich Geschirr/ Besteck könnte es mehr sehr sein. Wir hatten 2 Wohnungen im Dachgeschoss, mit einem kleinen gemeinsamen Vorflur. Das war wirklich praktisch!

Schöne geräumige Zimmer mit kleiner Küche. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben für eine Nacht in dem Hotel zu zweit geschlafen weil Pink im Borussia Park aufgetreten ist. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden es weiter empfehlen.

Gute nette schriftliche Kommunikation vor dem Anreisen, auch noch Hilfe bekommen bzgl. öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, leise, Rolladen an den Fenstern, somit auch schön dunkel. Wasserkocher vorhanden, Instantkaffee mit Zucker und Milch vor Ort. Prima. Alles sehr gut, würden wiederkommen.
