Cheaper than Bamff and more to do

Great experience, a few minor issues that were rectified and the staff was great.

Hotel was very clean, staff was responsive. Frustrating that guest laundry facilities were only available from 9-9. We did not pay to eat the breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable. Liked that there was a coffee/tea station to enjoy. Breakfast was a great deal and delicious.

Complimentary 24 hrs coffee station. Room was good. However, lot of water pooling in the parking lot - could not get around without soaking feet in water after parking the car in empty spots. Received couple emails from Orbitz that water slide and warm pool are closed, so didn't carry any swim suit. On arrival, pool and slide was working. Would have appreciated updated email from Orbitz or hotel that pool is back working so could enjoy that carrying the swim gear. Hotel did not help much.

My husband and I did not find our stay enjoyable. We hope the property will be more transparent regarding the constant train noise. We feel that the cost of our accommodation was not justified, as the incessant train noise and the considerable noise from adjacent rooms significantly disrupted our ability to sleep and rest. Furthermore, considering the price, we were surprised that breakfast was not included.

For the price paid, breakfast should have been included at no extra cost. Room was spacious and comfortable but needed updating. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the door hinges were rusting in the bathroom.

The facilities are quite old but clean. The thing is there is a railroad right behind the building and there were trains keep coming middle of the nights. That's the reason why there were earplugs in the drawer. If you are sensitive about noise when your asleep that could be a problem but if you use the earplugs

Cannot believe the premium I paid to stay here. The beds were super soft and both beds were caving in at the center (it's obvious they were quite old). The walls seemed to be paper thin between suites. Unfortunately we were kept up all night due to noise from people talking in the hallway and then in their suites next door. Overall the stay was not worth the price. Barely got any sleep.

Great location, helpful staff, pretty clean as well. Decent room

I had no idea there railway line behind the suites - which was annoying. Also there was water facility in the room. If you need it you had to come down. Overall it was not bad. But based on the price they charge it was nothing. It wasn't justifying the price. I wouldn’t go there again with this price.

Very nice room with a great view of the Rockies but had to cut short my two-night stay to a single night. Came to Canmore to participate in a wedding but local flooding cut off access to the wedding location at Mount Engadyne and had to relocate with the rest of the group back to Calgary. Great location, was only a short walk to the Red Arrow terminal and other amenities. Wish I could have stayed the second night.

We liked the convenient location of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The furniture in the room is a little dated, and the window in the room had a crack in it. Nothing to stop us from staying here again in the future although we would request a room at the front of the hotel, not on the railway side.
