Everything was great despite the pool not working

We had a wonderful Canadian Rockies experience at a very reasonable rate. The hotel is within a short driving distance to and from Banff and many nearby sightseeing and hiking spots. There are also good restaurants and stores close by, making the location very convenient. A continental buffet breakfast was offered at the hotel at a reasonable rate, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the Canadian Rockies and the history of this region.

Very clean, but rooms could use an update. Parking lot needs a bit of fixing.

Friendly and helpful staff

The fridge was not plugged in and left a puddle of water to clean up. The tub was a huge step. Not good for short people. The pool was closed since January but did not say so on the website when we booked.

The room was clean and tidy, though the bathroom door opened and was so close to the toilet it touched the toilet so it was a bit weird getting in/out of the bathroom. I wish the pool was in operation but things happen

The staff were very kind from the moment we walked in, till the moment we walked out. Unfortunately the pool was down for maintenance at this time but we found lots of other ways to enjoy our stay. We were very close to all the little shops around, only about a 10 minute walk. I will definitely be back!

Clean room

The pool & water slide was closed, which is listed as a big attraction on all their signs. Our room was backed onto train tracks so you do hear trains all night. The room was clean, the beds were comfy. Parking was accessible. Breakfast not included. No restaurant or bar on site.

Price was too expensive door what was provided. Complimentary breakfast cools be provided when you are paying over$300/night.

Room was clean and all is good . One thing I do not like is the toilet bowl it needs to be disinfected, detailed cleaning is needed. There were black spots underneath the cover were you sit. It should be cleaned properly. Sink is yellowish in the middle.

Very nice hotel and so close to the highway, easy to find.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, but the hot items were not very warm and you have to pay extra for breakfast.

Was only there for short time but everything was wonderful!

Older hotel but well kept. Bathroom was tight be adequate for our short stay. Handy location. Hotel backs onto main train track but we weren’t bothered as we were on the mountain view side.

Chambre propre. Très bon déjeuner pour le prix exigé en surplus avec beaucoup de choix. Il y a un train qui passe de façon ponctuel à l'arrière de l'hôtel ce qui peut incommoder les personnes qui ont le sommeil léger

The pool and steam room are out of service. And the room smelled old.

Room was clean, staff was help and cooperative to my wishes for upkeep. Coffee was okay. Breakfast was okay.
