Good location close to everything. Very noisy at night. sounded like garbage pickup and then someone screaming and using foul language for about 30 minutes at 1 AM outside.

We booked this hotel based on its glowing reviews and prime location, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. Upon checking in at 3pm, I was met with a surprisingly rude and unhelpful front desk staff. The hotel lacks parking or valet service—you’re left to self-park two blocks away, which was inconvenient. The building is clearly quite old, and that shows in the amenities. Water pressure in the shower and sink was inconsistent, cutting in and out throughout use. The power outlets were only available on one side of the bed, and the outdated TV barely worked, limited to a few local channels and needing frequent restarts. While the location is great, it does not justify the steep price given the poor service and deteriorating condition of the building. Unless you’re prepared to deal with a series of frustrations during your stay, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I travel often and that is saying something. It starting with the lack of parking The front desk never answered the phone when we checked she did not look up when asked where the parking was she just pointis to a sign with “touchless parking” What it should have said it is careless- go to a lot 3 blocks away. Then when I asked the maid to make up our room she said to ask the front desk- weird but ok.... I did then the man said I had a fifty fifty chance of getting it cleaned What a surprise- didn't happen My favorite part is then they said we had to make 24hr reservation to get your room cleaned Beyond. My partner went to Target to get towels- cause there was none replace Then went to get a coffee in the restaurant- I waited in line &when I got to the front of the line- they said they couldn't make coffee to go. Despite having two barristas Then tried to watch tv or sync up streaming from lap top...nothing and no help from front desk The shower was a dribble not a shower. I went downstairs last night to grab dessert with a friend We got there before 9, placed our order to an audible gasp from the waiter who said they will be closing soon But they weren't yet After ordered we waited 25 mins and there was literally no one in the restaurant. Every interaction with the staff here has been shockingly bad And to the point of ridiculousness We’re now betting on what new ridiculous things we will hear today

Our room wasn't ready until late, even though we told them we were early and tired and would like to check in asap. They at first said it could be ready around 2pm, check in is 3pm, but it wasn't ready until after 4pm. They did give us free drink tokens for their bar. That was nice. Room was small and very dark, but clean. I would probably stay their again due to the convenience of transportation and lots of local shops and entertainment.

The location of the hotel was excellent - near Pike Place. The room itself had a very musty smell that we couldn’t get rid of by opening windows or turning up the AC. The woman at the front desk said that it’s just an old hotel and there was nothing they could do.

Chic and super cute to Pike Place. The hotel has very thin walls, you can hear your neighbors! Additionally, the room needed some small repairs (faulty plug ins, light bulbs out). Seems like a quick fix though!

Room was really good, great views from the market, but it still noisy, had to use a sound machine and earplugs to cover up the noise.

Nice hotel in good location. Easy to get everywhere. Just a shame no restaurant/ food availability afternoon or evening.

Service was great and the room was clean and a good size. However, our room was on the second floor facing the Main Street and we could hear EVERYTHING. We might as well have slept on the curb. As a consolation they did provide earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend.
