All of the staff is very nice and helpful, they help me to bring my luggage to taxi. Also, they have very good english skill so he help me to find the taxi near the hotel. Everyone full of smile . The location was amazing for who wants to go to fansipan , because they have door access to sunplaza station, just walk from lobby hotel to the door. They have indochine interior style was amazing. You can take a picture from all corner of the hotel.

Everything is ok very perfect, room, service, food is perfect.

I forgot something, but in the end the hotel still only checked 1/3 of the items I forgot. The hotel said it was because a guest came in after me, but I don't understand how the housekeeping department worked but didn't. Discovered something I forgot. The hotel staff provided dedicated service, but the only problem was that my room was connected to the next room through a carefully locked door, but it was enough to hear both sides talking. That kind of loss of privacy was fortunately the room next door. next door are foreigners.

This is my first time experiencing this hotel, from the staff, service, food, architectural design to the accessible location, it's impeccable :D. Very satisfied with the accommodation last time in the hotel!! I will visit again when I come to Sapa!!
