The room wasn't cleaned, and after requesting cleaning, supplies like drinking water and other items weren't provided. The cleaning service was poor.

Strategic location close to several KL tourist icons.

The AC is very cold, and the location is strategic, right in front of Petaling Street. A slight problem is that the bathroom smells a bit, perhaps because the pipe doesn't have a cover.

Close to shopping and everywhere you can walk and take public transportation

The staff was very helpful, especially since I was a first-time visitor to KL.

Arriving at the hotel after midnight, check-in was quick. The hot and cold shower worked well. The Wi-Fi was excellent. There were plenty of local culinary options around the hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The family room was clean and comfortable for four people. Suitable for families and groups. The location is in front of the Petaling Street gate. Next to the hotel is a KK Mart (like Indomaret and others), Texas Chicken, and Hiro (a souvenir shop). It was a good experience even though we only stayed for a few hours because we checked out early in the morning.

The hotel is unclear, many rooms are empty but until 7:30 pm you can't check in, the staff makes lots of unclear excuses, the room is dirty, it looks like the floor hasn't been cleaned, there's a lot of dust and dirt on the carpet.

No toothpaste and toothbrush, other than that it's ok.
