Staff very helpful, location excellent. Disappointing to find that most of the hotel was occupied by 35+ unsupervised children on a football trip, making it absolutely unsuitable for couples or families. Also disappointed to not have a mountain view despite booking (and paying for) this, and to have a broken shower.
