Hotel location is good. Food service is slow. But Quality is good. If we order then they take almost 1 hour to serve all things. They don't clean rooms. We have to tell them for all things. Covering such things the rates for room is very high comparing to other hotels in ujjain.

Extremely awful hotel. Never book this hotel online. They only want people who pay them cash in hotel. When they se that you have booked online then you get the worst room and service , reason being that they don't get cash from you. All payments are asked in cash. There is no question of service quality because they don't provide you any service. Your donfall is very near Sir. Your Hotel is extremely arrogant and stubborn. Just because location is good. No airc conditioning.My room gave only hot water and no one came to repair. we had old people and kids and they suffered a lot. You all will also suffer Sir. Extremypoor service. Those booking online should please beware. Also the breakfast is complimentary and compulsory. The quality of food is very bad. When you will enter the hotel. you are on your own. Housekeeping will not come for hours because there is no housekeeping. Worst!! Worst!! Worst!!

We visited Hotel Ashray in Ujjain for a very short stay of around 4 hours. The location of the hotel is convenient and the rooms were reasonably clean. However, the service speed needs improvement. We ordered tea and coffee, but it was served after almost 40 minutes, which was quite disappointing for such a brief visit. While the basic facilities were satisfactory, quicker room service would greatly enhance the guest experience, especially for travelers stopping only for a short duration. Overall, an average experience.

Very disappointing service. For even the smallest things, we had to call repeatedly. Nothing is done proactively. After room cleaning, basic things like the bathroom door mat were not placed outside. We had to call many times just to get it. For every small request, we had to remind them 8–10 times. Yesterday, the wash basin was not draining properly. We informed the staff multiple times, but action was taken only after repeated follow-ups, and even then the response was very slow. Overall, the service lacks attention, responsibility, and basic hospitality. Guests should not have to keep calling again and again for such basic requirements. Not a pleasant stay.

Stayed here with family while visiting mahakal last week, rooms are decent but hot water was not available to take bath, they opened one room which had geyser and 3 families took hot water by filling bucket and carrying ourself to take bath. They should have informed upfront while giving the room so that we could have taken other hotel.
