The property was in an excellent location. Easy walk to the water front and all the shops.

The room was the best we had on our trip. It had shampoo, conditioner, soap in both the sink area and the shower. There was cold water and milk in the refrigerator and coffee/ tea. There was also a heated towel rack and great big towels. They also provided a shower cap. It was large enough that you could both move around the room. Highly recommend

Great location, very clean and comfortable, thoughtfull included items, tea, coffee, fridge. Hoasts Margaret and George are very welcoming and assist with recommendations from sightseeing to dining, will defenately repeat next time in Oban.

Host was super friendly and helpful and the room was perfect!! Clean, hot shower, tea and biscuits in the room along with a fridge with water and milk. SUPERB!! Wish I had stayed longer!

Two nice pillows. Comfy bed, Shower was only 36" wide. Parking is very limited and tight. Had trouble getting station wagon into site. Room small overall.

We had a lovely stay at the property. Everything was cozy and charming and really well maintained. Very clean. And the extra touches and attention to detail were lovely. The owner that checked us in was also wonderful. Everything was peretty much perfect. The only thing that wasn’t up to par with the rest of the experience was the mattress. It was very hard and you could feel the springs coming through. I know mattresses can be a pricey upgrade, but our only advice to make the stay a 5 star rating would be to replace the mattress with a more comfortable one.

Oban is unique... it's an old town. It always amazes us how cleverly owners renovate the rooms and make them comfortable and convenient. Our host was very helpful at pointing out good restaurants, and things to see...
