Great location. Very small room but clean. Limited amenities,

Everything about our stay was beyond excellent. The room was clean, a perfect size, lots of storage, adjustable air conditioning, extremely polite and helpful staff, and the perfect location for transportation needs. Lovely in every way.

A wonderful centrally convenient — and scenic — location.

Excellent hotel flat! Close to everything. After a long flight and you are looking forward to having excellent food choices nearby, this is the place to be—food, shopping, entertainment—just minutes away. I would recommend staying here.

Not what we expected. Hotel room was cramped and worn out. Air conditioning was almost useless and the bed was hard. Property needs major face lift. Some staff was OK but manager seemed disengaged and tired of tourists. Avoid this hotel if you can. Only upside was the location.

Non-functioning aircon. Thankfully only stayed one night. They had placed a fan in the room and told us on checkin that this was the last twin room, so I suspect they knew, but told us on checkout that noone had said anything. I wonder if they speak to the cleaning staff. When booking the room I even asked them to confirm that it had aircon. Unfortunately leaving feeling tired and not believed.

Amazing little place and staff were lovely

Really lovely hotel in a great location! The staff were incredibly friendly, offering to take our bags to the room and helping with any questions. We stayed in room 4, which had fantastic aircon (needed in the heatwave!), a really comfy bed and a lot of room to move around. It was very clean. It's a great location to Covent Garden for any theatre trips, but also not too far from Soho for the great restaurants and bars, and also Holborn Tube Station for trips further away. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if staying in that area.

Room was lovely and clean. Air conditioning unit which helped with the heatwave. Great bathroom with lovely shower.

An excellent location on the edge of Covent Garden The room was clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay. The portable air conditioning unit was very welcome and ensured we got a decent nights sleep despite the heatwave The only criticism is that the bathroom was a little shabby with a wobbly tap and cracked floor tiles but all in all a very good stay!

Well situated to all shops really helpful friendly staff

The staff was very helpful, although the hotel was a bit older than I expected with no amenities for a nights stay it’s not too bad especially if you are in town to see a West End show, it’s in a prime location.

My husband and myself stayed one night in the hotel to see a show. Hotel was Ideally situated close to tube, theatres restaurants shopping and Covent Garden. I requested a ground floor room which the Manager granted. The room was lovely and quiet and very clean with usual amenities like kettle Good value for money and we’d recommend it

For 4 adults, it felt like we had our own little flat in London . It was centrally located to city sights and must sees. Loved that it was on a fairly quiet street not far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Friendly and helpful staff were able to assist immediately when necessary; which includes having no hot water in the bathroom when we first arrived. Would definitely stay at the Fielding again. Thank you for such a great start to our European vacation.

fantastic location. helpful staff. clean unfortunately no elevator but otherwise great place to stay in the west end near everything.

HIDDEN GEM !!!!! Beautiful period property with added rustic charm and WHAT A LOCATION. Kind and attentive staff. Sanrio shop around the corner , secure parking on the next street . I would stay here as a lone woman and feel safe (had my children with me). Run dont walk. I will be adding another review to give the decent amount of credit this place deserves. Disability friendly too. Yes there are stairs but there’s also ground floor rooms so i dont know what people are moaning about with that- book a ground floor room then! Why be unkind? Not necessarily accurate either. We had 2 wheelchairs with us , son carried them up stairs it was the most gloriously beautiful experience and stay. Great location. Not too loud at night. Stayed her with kids traveling from the US and although a little cramped it worked out great.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. There is no elevator so be prepared to use the stairs. The air conditioning was helpful
