Clean room rooms are updated

Very charming

Stayed in the family suite, two rooms and a tiny shower. Broken window held together with duct tape. Facilities were clean in the room. Very small and hot. Staff did bring a fan for one room. No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. There appeared to only be one lady doing her best to manage lots of guests. Breakfast was disorganised and not enough crockery, we couldn’t all have cereal because there were no more clean bowls. The location was close to a few shops and restaurants but these closed at 8pm or were fully booked. The riverside area at Petit Andelys a few minutes drive away was lovely to walk alongside the river and there were lots of bars and restaurants there. Overall we would unfortunately not recommend this hotel or location but would recommend Petit Andelys.

Really nice rooms and lovely shower. Great location as only 100yds walk to the centre with great bars and restaurants. Would visit again.

The hotel was closely located to a restaurant, bakery, hair salon and atm. All is all it’s a good place for a one/two overnight stay, but the breakfast is not recommended. Reheated pain au chocolat in France is just unacceptable specially for 10EUR !!!

One night stay arrived late afternoon, needing dinner went into town. left early morning after a fairly good value breakfast

The staff at this hotel went out of their way to assist me, especially helping me (an English-speaking American) navigate the local area and get transportation to my next destination.

Assez bien mais quand même moyen

Seul petit inconvénient les escaliers sont bruyants et on entend les arrivées, départs et passages toute la nuit.

Nous devions arriver après la fermeture de l hotel...tout a été parfaitement organisé

Séjour réservé sur internet 185 € les 2 nuits sans petits déjeuners.Il a fallu rajouter 41.60€ pour 4 petits déjeuners. Personne à la réception à notre arrivée;il a fallu appeler et un homme est arrivé il faisait des courses. La chambre était petite à peine 12m2 je pense, le wc minuscule et la douche microscopique 60cm*60 cm.Bon courage pour se laver sans se cogner. Pas de volet aux fenêtres juste un rideau du coup il fait jour dans la chambre à 07h00 Le matelas du lit est fatigué. Quant aux petits déjeuners 1 viennoiserie par personne 1 brique de jus d'orange car la machine était vide et les viennoiseries et la brioche étaient rassies.

Hotel confortable conforme à nos attentes.

Chambre à l étage chaude ,sans moustiquaire et visite d un frelon dans la nuit 😨 L alarme incendie s est déclenchée à 5h30 du matin et est restée active une certain temps Je pense qu il n y a pas de responsable la nuit 😕

Nu voor de 2e keer geweest. Bij het ontbijt miste ik de gekookte eieren. Het rekje stond er wel, maar leeg. Zeer prettig als de receptioniste beetje engels kan spreken. Met google translate kom je er uiteindelijk wel uit

Très bon accueil chambre correcte.salle de douche pourrait être plus spacieuse. Quartier calme aucun bruit la nuit
