The hotel was absolutely lovely and even with a late arrival they were very pleasant and helpful, even with my awful German language skills! The room was cozy and comfortable. I will also add they had one of the best breakfasts I've yet seen at any hotel. Very extensive with meats and cheeses and patries and all of them were fresh and not store bought. I'll also add the hotel was an easy 15 minute walk through nice residential neighborhoods from the train station. Also it was a similarly pleasant 20 minute walk to the Panzermuseum.

Room 19 had a very strange layout on three different levels? Not sure if this was because we booked a double room? Single rooms either side of us were much more of a “normal layout” it made for an interesting journey to the bathroom in the middle of the night! The staff and restaurant were excellent.

I always stay here when I am working in Munster. The entire staff team is very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their faces. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is good. Walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

Very nice affordable old school German hotel. Don't expect full service but a comfortable bed very clean room in a great location. Basic room with a great breakfast.

Staff were really excellent, considerate and friendly especially as I am a non-German speaker. Manager at check-in was especially brilliant! Bed had a soft mattress (not good for my back) but metal frame was quite sturdy so not as bad as I had feared initially.

This hotel is centrally located. Reception is not manned in the evenings or night. I arrived at around 6pm and there were instructions to contact a hotel across the street to check in or ring a number to gain entry. It was pretty simple to do. The rooms were fine and clean. Breakfast was included also. The town has options for dining close by and there is a supermarket close by.

Excellent location with ample parking. We planned a trip to see the Panzer Tank Museum and found it only a quick 20 min walk away. Just some helpful info when checking in, do so at the Deutches House across the street. It is on the door when you walk in, but we missed it just like many other people probably do too. For those fitness people, there is a full gym right across the street, wish I would have known before I got there. There are plenty of places to eat to include a full walkplatz right behind the hotel. There is also a Aldi grocery store adjacent to the hotel as well. Now for the stay: Rooms were clean with comfortable mattresses, coffeemaker (Keurig style), flat screen TV, excellent internet (easily stream a movie), spacious bathroom with a blow dryer and plenty of towels. The best amenity was the room key was also the main door to the hotel too. This was an added security so not just anyone can enter the hotel, only guests with a key. I felt very secure knowing access was limited to guests only. Overall “4” star rating for location, cleanliness and customer service.

2 hoteller som ligger på hver sin side af vejen. Og hvem du bor hos passer måske ikke hvor du har booket. Meget dårlig skiltning . MEN.. virkelig dejligt sted, fantastisk mad og et personale som er til stede

Mycket trevligt och charmigt boende. Enkelt men rent och fräscht. Perfekt med en gemytlig restaurang i anslutning till Hotellet.

Das erste Zimmer meiner Mutter war suboptimal, direkt an der Straße, klein und morgens sehr laut, da gegenüber vom Frühstückssaal. Als ich dem Chef gegenüber erwähnt habe, dass meine Mutter in ihrem Zimmer ziemlich unglücklich ist, hat es sofort ein anderes Zimmer organisiert und zwar auch im EG und in dem Gebäude, in dem auch mein Zimmer lag. Das Personal war insgesamt super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Da wir mit unserem kleinen Hund unterwegs waren, der nicht in das Frühstückssaal rein durfte, hatte man uns immer geholfen, unser Frühstück aufs Zimmer zu holen. Das Essen haben wir uns zwar immer selbst geholt, der Kaffee wurde uns aber immer hinterher getragen. Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und lecker, morgens immer frische, noch warme Brötchen. Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden, da das Hotel aus drei Gebäuden besteht und jedes Gebäude eigene Parkplätze hat. Übrigens, für den Hund haben wir keine Zuzahlung leisten müssen (wäre sonst 10€ am Tag gewesen), wahrscheinlich weil unsere Süße so klein und noch so jung ist. Wir hatten einfach einen super Urlaub. Das Hotel Stadt Munster ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!!

Super Frühstück, Personal super freundlich 👍🙏 Zimmer toll, aber halt ein wenig laut wenn die Monteure Nachts kommen …
