Room is okay. Price is good as a budget hotel. We stayed at the 7th floor with the view of the San Juanico Bridge. The only thing is they don't provide amenities such as shampoo and toothbrush toothpaste. We had to buy it from the front desk.

Staff were very friendly and also willing to assist me in carrying my things. The rooms were clean.

because of incompetent staffs, I was not able to take my exam for treasurer BCLTE..i waited and study for 3 months for that exam but because of your staffs, it didn't happen..

Friendly staff and tidy room. They informed ton the last minute for breakfast since its included on the accommodation and I am not aware of it. They served it on my room. Though the TV is a bit vintage unit.

The room has all the basic amenities that you’ll need. It’s very good value for money. The staff were very accommodating! It was my first time to encounter a hotel who reminds you that you haven’t availed your included breakfast and delivers it right into your doorstep. Two thumbs up for that

Location is good and very close to good spots in the downtown area. Room is clean and quiet - a nice place to rest and regain energy for the next day. However, food and service may still be improved.

It was great, the place is cozy and staffs are friendly, good air conditioner and clean room, also the hotel is located in the center of Tacloban where restaurants and malls are near.

Rats and literary huge rats were crawling in our feet while we are sleeping. Sheets are so stock up and unused we experience itcyness.

Located in the downtown area, decent wifi connection, decent breakfast... Just had a problem checking in since they could not find my booking ID from their system. Had to wait for 20 minutes to finally check in.

The hotel is okay for an old one. Location wise it is awesome cause it's accessible and near several establishments including transportation services.
