It feels less like a hotel and more like staying in a private, palatial residence where history meets modern elegance. * The Location: It is truly second to none. Being situated right in Palma old town meant we were steps away from the cathedral, hidden boutiques, and the best tapas bars, yet the hotel remained a peaceful sanctuary. * The Atmosphere: Every corner of the palace exudes character and sophistication. * Service That Sets the Bar: While the property itself is a work of art, it is the people who make it shine. Every member of staff were excellent, displaying a level of flawless service that is rare to find. They were intuitive, professional, and genuinely warm. However, we must extend a very special thanks to Miriam. She truly took things to another level with her dedication and grace. Whether it was securing a difficult reservation or anticipating a need we hadn't even voiced yet, her hospitality was the highlight of our trip. We stayed in this lovely boutique hotel, off-peak, in mid-November 2025. Our stay was most pleasant and enjoyable. This hotel is located in a historic building in the old town of Palma and updated with modern conveniences. Everywhere was walkable which is a huge deciding factor for us on where we stay. Our suite was spacious, cozy and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed. We were sad to leave after our stay (we will be back!). We especially liked the bookable gym with sauna and steam room, so you can train and recover in total privacy. We enjoyed the food & beverages offered: room service and the breakfast offering was marvellous. Housekeeping was faultless, with room cleaning done twice daily when you leave for the day and hand the keys in at reception. All hotel staff worked so hard at feeling us welcome and looked after which was much appreciated and noticed. We recommend staying at Palace Can Marqués and cannot wait to come back.
