The poolside al fresco dining and bar was so great. The river rafting tour they arranged was super fun, with convenient pickup from the hotel. The staff are all so nice. The room was cleaned well and was quite comfortable.

Bar was an ok selection, food came out pretty fast. Rooms were sanitized daily. Staff was very helpful and attentive to any needs. Can't give an opinion on Breakfast as I didn't have any during the stay.

Had a great stay. Private room was super spacious and clean. And public areas were well taken care of and had great amenities. Also are on site and the food was really tasty as well.

Modest rooms but very charming. Extremely helpful staff. Younger person's atmosphere but felt quite comfortable as an older gent. Would definitely stay again.

The shared bathroom didn’t work and they didn’t fix nor put a sign for people not to use for a whole day.. and that’s in the same room as the shower

We stayed two night as a rest point, as well as used the services to book the colca canyon tour. Super convenient and clean, great food and great bar. We stayed in the suite and the hot water shower was so enjoyable. The only very weird thing is the suite includes a coffee machine...but you have to buy the coffee to put in it. Makes no sense

Really cool place to stay. The gardens and pool were really nice to chill out in.

Qema feels like an arctic oasis, there’s lots of fun spots to sit or explore around their beautiful campus, but you’re still mere steps away from the historical center and many of the tourist sites. I was in the shared female only dorm which was clean, comfortable, and felt safe & secure. Would highly recommend qema.

Super nice facilities with a lot of space and activities offered. The room was nice and cleaned everyday!

Everything was great overall. The only issue was that I was double charged for the stay. I had paid through Expedia, but at check-in the staff didn’t see the payment, so I paid again. Later, the hotel issued a refund once the mistake was discovered. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and I really enjoyed it.

The pool area with a treehouse and a suspended bed. The staff was great, we arrived early and they placed us in their Cinema & Library until the receptionist arrived. Staff was helpful with any questions and assistance we needed.

We stayed 4 nights and our room was spacious and clean. Lovely staff and excellent location. Highly recommend, great value for money.

Nice place to stay, on the minuses expensive food and personal could be somewhat more flexible for some things, but it’s like this in more “industrial” hostels I guess

A vibey hotel/hostel in Arequipa. Short distance to most things. Big rooms, great showers, good breakfast and super staff. Only complain is that the music from the bar is really loud in to the rooms so you can't sleep early if you want to.
