The best place for getting away for a few days!!!

Good Service!

This was an great option for our family with two younger kids. Staff was very attentive and clearly prioritized the guest experience. Beach and pool areas were outstanding and didn’t feel overly crowded, even though we were there over spring break. Overall, a wonderful experience and hope to return again in the future.

The family resort had construction being completed next to it. There were numerous areas within the resort that were getting repaired/upgraded and it was occasionally noisy and dirty

Great stay

The staff at family selection are very friendly and attentive. The rooms although dated are clean and spacious. The pools are small but warm and the pool food service are great..Food at the nest is good with a great view. Much better than the buffet.

The people who work here make the difference. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food was better than I expected having stayed at other resorts. The Nest in particular was awesome.

Was not impressed with the beach at this resort. Thankfully we had a rental car and drove to Puerto Vallerta and San Pancho on separate days where the beaches were big and beautiful. The restaurants at the Palladium were good, but the buffet was average. The staff was absolutely amazing and we liked our room. The grounds were well cared for and nice.

Beautiful place with wonderful ocean view. So relaxing and fulfilling. Pleasant staff members. Great food selections. Literally we were extremely happy with this hotel which provide us with everything you need to feel happy and relax

That’s not my first time in Mexico, usually I don’t write bad reviews, but this Property everybody have to know about it. Let me start from beginning as soon as we walked into Property. It looks like a junkyard, all broken car all around , very poor customer service they have only one receptionist to take care of all the guest, you’re going to wait two hours and a half just to get ur room. there is one person by the door. He’s not leaving you alone. He wants you to sell you timeshare what a noisy guy. we got the room , after 2 1/2 hours,omg room, smelly, unbelievable how bad was, very old furniture, smelly mattress, and smelly blanket, I called customer service this room smells so bad. They told me open the window for half an hour is gonna go away because you are on the beach. I couldn’t stand the room. I told my family let’s walk area till the smell is gonna be gone. everything was close. Everything will open 6 pm, we walk in by the beach, I swear to God i never ever my life seen dairy beach like it they never ever clean front of the beach, I went to the shop to buy some chips and drink for my kids one chips one soda, $25. please everyone do the homework before go to this properties. You will be sorry. by the way, you are not close to the beach. You have to walk in 20 minutes. I wish I could do -5 star.

Nice hotel

We had a great time at the family selection grand Palladium. The staff was amazing. Everything was well kept food was good overall it’d be nice to have some more options at dinner outside of the restaurants. The activities for the kids were wonderful. Alejandra was great with our children. We highly Recommend bringing your family to the grand Palladium family selection. We will be going back for sure With everything there’s mine or things here and there but overall great time great property great staff.

Great property. The staff are amazing. Always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and available. Food was excellent. I am vegan and had no issue with finding all sorts of great tasting food.

There were no daily organized activities for my teenagers during our stay. Lots for small children like craft stuff, but no beach volleyball, soccer, basketball, bocce ball…. Nothing. I’ve stayed here before and was impressed with the activities. This time was horrible.

El hotel en la seccion family selection tiene buenas opciones de restaurante. Las piscinas son muy amplias, el personal es amable y atento. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la bañera y lo solucionaron el mismo día.

Far from city

This sprawling property offers ample space to explore, with beautiful beaches and inviting pools. Tip: Be sure to grab your towels early in the morning. While the rainy season in August can bring power outages and occasional flooding, the property's natural beauty still shines through. Unfortunately, the property's hilly terrain and numerous stairs may pose challenges for guests with disabilities. The on-site baby care was a convenient feature for families with young children. The food was enjoyable, though we found the menu a bit repetitive after a week and a half. Overall, this property is a great choice for those seeking a spacious getaway, but be prepared for potential weather-related inconveniences.

Did not like the mandatory presentation regarding the company travelers club after check in. Should be an option
